We are aware of recent negative or derogatory Google Reviews relating to the Lache Health Centre and our staff. While we value genuine, constructive feedback, we must ensure that our team and patients are protected from harmful or abusive content.
For this reason, we have introduced a Google Reviews & Social Media Zero Tolerance Policy.
If a Google Review posted by a patient contains offensive, derogatory, or untrue statements, this may be considered a breakdown in the doctor–patient relationship. This could result in the individual being removed from our patient list.
Where appropriate, we may contact the patient who has posted the review and invite them to discuss their concerns directly with the Practice Manager or a GP Partner. We are always willing to listen and work with patients to resolve issues constructively.
We welcome all feedback, as it helps us review and improve the services we provide. However, we ask that patients speak to us directly or submit their concerns in writing rather than posting hurtful or damaging comments online.
Negative or abusive reviews can cause significant distress to our staff and may discourage other patients from seeking the medical care they need.
Please consider the impact of your online review before posting.
