Alert: Patient Notice - Dr Guinan

We wish to inform our patients that Dr Guinan will be retiring from the Lache Health Centre with effect from 1 April 2026. Due to ongoing personal reasons, Dr Guinan will not be returning to work prior to his retirement date.

Dr Guinan has been a highly valued and respected member of our practice, and throughout his career he has shown outstanding dedication, professionalism, and compassion in the care of his patients. He has made a significant contribution to the health and wellbeing of our community, and his commitment and service over many years are deeply appreciated by both patients and colleagues alike.

We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Dr Guinan for his years of exceptional service.
