OBTAIN REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS?

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by:

• Letter

• Email: lache.repeats@nhs.net

• Via your nominated pharmacy

Prescriptions will normally be available with 48 hours. Repeat medication is reviewed at regular intervals and from time to time you will be asked to see a doctor or nurse.

NB: Prescription requests CANNOT be taken over the telephone.

Please note that while we endeavour to make sure the prescription request form is working correctly, on occasion we may experience technical difficulties which prevent the receipt of the request at the practice.
